COOLING TECHNOLOGY

This roller composition has been specifically developed to work in regions of the furnace where abrupt temperature variations occur such as direct cooling, indirect cooling and preheating zones.

Conventional rollers normally tend to bend in these zones and create innumerous problems of warpage and misalignment of the ceramic tiles.

Thanks to its physical and chemical properties, RPA 1040 roller is an excellent option to minimize these drawbacks ensuring the stability of the tiles during its firing process.
